OTAGO HARBOUR BOARD'S DUES.

During a discussion on dues it was stated at an Otago Harbour Board meet- ( ing last night that a reduction of the L exchange costs would enable a 5 per 4T cent, reduction in harbour dues. V The chairman stated that exchange cpst the board £.9000 annually.
