LIVESTOCK HANDLERS RETURN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. Rec. 6.35 p.m. Chicago, Aug. 4. Under the peace pact negotiated by General Hugh Johnson, Chief Administrator of the N.R.A., livestock handlers agreed to-night to end the strike begun at the end of last month.
