MOTOR-CAR MOBILISATION
PRECAUTIONS IN EVENT OF WAR. LAW PROMULGATED IN FRANCE. By Telegraph—Press' Assn—Copyright. Rec. 11.15 r.m. Paris, June 22. A law has been promulgated providing for the mobilisation of all private motorcars, motor-coaches, lorries and farm tractors in the event of war. The only exemption are the President, foreign diplomats, doctors, veterinary surgeons and midwives, who are allowed one motor vehicle each. ,
