MR. JAMES ROLPH, CALIFORNIA.
By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7.30 p.m. San Jose (Calif.), June 2. Mr. James Rolph, jun., Governor of the State of California, died this afternoon. He had been ill for two weeks, suffering from lung congestion and a failing heart.
