COURT RESERVES ITS JUDGMENT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. Sydney, May 22. Argument occupying two days in the Rufus Naylor injunction case concerning Naylor’s disqualification by the Australian Jockey Club was concluded to-day before Mr. Justice K. Street, who reserved judgment. The Australian Jockey Club to-day lodged an appeal to the Full Court against the decision of Mr. Justice Long at Innes on May 7, when Naylor was granted a continuation of his original injunction.
