MEETING OF DRUIDS LODGE
PRESENTATION TO OFFICER. The fortnightly meeting of the New Plymouth Druids’ Lodge was held on Monday night. The Arch-Druid, Bro. J. Knapman presided over a good attendance. Two new members were recevied into the order, the initiation ceremony being performed by the Arch-Druid, assisted by V.A.D. Sister Gilbert. The retiring district president, Bro. N, Berge, attended, and was presented with a past district pre.. " mt’s collar and diploma. P.D.P. Bro. Broad made the presentation on behalf of the Grand Lodge, and congratulated Bro. Berge on the efficient way he had discharged his duties while in office. Bro. Broad also expressed the thanks of the members of Moturoa, Waitara and Inglewood lodges for the keen interest Bro. Berge had taken in lodge work in those districts. Bro. Berge returned thanks for the presentation and -'>r the support that had been accorded him during his term of office.
