Five games instead of th! usual six were played, two of 15 heau and three of 12.. There were 24 players, participating. G. Papps proved the winning skip on the first day’s play, having four Wins. E. The competition was very keen, and many of the games were closely contested, the standard of play being fully in keeping with the nature of the event. • Each day the wifining. Skip and lead were fotind and the three pairs, with another which has shown the best aggregate store oh any two of the three days, will play in the final to-day.
