Rec. 7 p.m. Berlin, March 29, A new law provides that 25,000 town children in Prussia after leaving school will spend a year in the country before starting to earn a livelihood. They will be lodged in special homes and engaged in agricultural pursuits. The object is to relieve the labour market and to produce a healthy race.
