MARTIN INSULL ARRESTED
"AN UNDESIRABLE ALIEN.” By Telegraph—Pres? Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Chicago, March 28. Martin Insult returned from Canada to-day. He was held in gaol pending the raising of 50,000 dollars bail. While passing through Detroit he was detained by immigration officials, who ruled he was an undesirable alien and “likely to become a public charge.” He will be subject to deportation if he is liberated. The charges are in connection with the collapse of his brother’s utilities interests.
