Wellington, Last Night The weather ■ will be mainly fair to fine, but considerable cloud and some light scattered showers are likely on the east coast and in the far north of the North Island. Cool temperatures may be expected. An intense anti-cyclone extends from eastern Australia across the Tasman Sea and New Zealand. South-easterly to southerly winds are probable, strong at times in the far north and otherwise light to moderate. Later winds will become variable in the South Island. Seas will be rather rough north of East Cape and elsewhere smooth to moderate. SHIPPING MOVEMENTS. Suva, March 29:—Arrived: Karetu, from Sydney. Sailed: Karetu, for Auckland.
