MORE SHIPPING SUBSIDIES
REQUEST TO FRENCH PARLIAMENT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, March 27. The Minister of Marine is expected to ask for larger subsidies for shipping when Parliament meets two months hence. Unless these are granted it is feared that the French mercantile marine will perish.
