FINANCE BY LEVY PROPOSED. British Wireless. Rugby, March 27. Mr. Stanley. Baldwin, in the House of Commons promised sympathetic consideration to the proposal that a compulsory levy for. financing industrial research should be placed on industries. It was stated that there was increasing support for such a proposal among the industries themselves.
