LYNCHING INCIDENT RECALLED.

San Francisco, March 4.
Governor James Rolph, who figured prominently in the recent lynching incidents, when he approved of the crowd’s action, is stricken with lung ailment, reported to be pneumonia, and his condition is regarded as critical, although there was some improvement today.
