ACTIVITIES ON BALEARIC COAST. MAPPING AND PHOTOGRAPHING.,, By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright - ; Barcelona, Feb. T. An Englishman, a German, an Italian, and a Spaniard, allegedly important international spies engaged in mapping and photographing : the Tratalan - coast of . the Balearic Islands, were arrested on a yacht at Barcelona and are being detained in solitary confinement. The police are understood to have seized documents containing diplomatic references allegedly compromising high military and' naval interests.
