SWEEPING JAPANESE AMNESTY. CELEBRATION OF PRINCE’S BIRTH. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Tokio, Feb. 7. A sweeping amnesty over 30,000 prisoners, including Sagoya, the assassin of Mr. Hamagushi, a former Prime Minister, whose death sentence will be commuted to life imprisonment, will be proclaimed on the national Foundation Day, February 11, on the occasion of the celebration of the birth of the Crown Prince.
