CONFERENCE AT SINGAPORE
NO OFFICIAL STATEMENT MADE. WARSHIP HAWKINS LEAVES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. Singapore, Jan. 28. The naval chiefs refuse to indicate the nature of the conference discussions which have proceeded in the last few days. They will disperse this week without an official statement. The warship Hawkins left for Colombo to-day.
