DISCUSSION OF THE CAUSES. (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 7 p.m. Rugby, Jan. 27. Causes of the depression in the cotton industry were discussed to-day when Mr. Walter Runciman, President of the Board of Trade, met representatives of the spinning section of the industry at Manchester.
