Dr. W. W. Yen, Chinese Ambassador at Moscow, described the relations between Russia and Japan as most tense. He thought war was inevitable if the Japanese militarists give trouble. In the event of aggression the Russian leaders were determined to ..ght to the bitter end. and the Russian Army was thoroughly prepared.
