JUMP FROM HARBOUR BRIDGE
PREVENTIVE MEASURE DEFEATED. MAN PULLED FROM WATER DEAD. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 9.30 pan. Sydney, Jan. 15. While workmen were busy erecting preventive netting on one side of the harbour bridge a man to-day rushed along the pathway on the other side, eluded would-be rescuers and jumped over. He was dead when he was pulled out of the water three minutes later.
