WARRING OVER GRAN CHACO.
By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 5.5 p.m. Monte Video, Dec. 18. It was officially announced to-day that Bolivia and Paraguay, which have been warring over the Gran Chaco area, have accepted a proposal for arbitration in the dispute.
