ITALY MAKES DECREASE IN VOTE. ESTIMATES FOR ARMY AND NAVY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rome, Dec. 15. The budget for 1934-5 shows reductions in the army estimates equal to £1,660,000, and in the navy £2,900,000, but an increase in the air force vote of £233,000.
