The racehorse Havering has been accorded another chance to mend his ways by the executive committee of the Racing Conference, but the owner has been warned that any further unfavourable report will mean his going on the schooling list. . . The committee also considered the case of Esteem, and decided to place this horse on the list as from December 18.
