RESTRAINING ORDER OBTAINED. GRAMOPHONE COMPANY’S ACTION, gy Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. London, Dec. 14. The Gramophone Company, proprietor of His Master’s Voice records, has won an action to restrain a cafe proprietor from playing records in restaurants. Counsel contended that the company's copyright allowed records to be played only in private.
