FURTHER FALL REPORTED. A fall of 6s. per cwt. in butter quotations marks the close of the week on the London market. Prices are easier though steady at from 725., to 735. Cheese is steady at 495. for white and 475. for coloured.' Quotations are:— - Press Association: The butter-market is steady at the lower levels. Danish, 1125.; choicest salted New Zealand, 725. to 735.; Australian, 71s. to 725.; unsalted, very scarce, Australian 84s. to 965.; New Zealand, none offering. The cheese market is dull. New Zealand, white 495., coloured 475.; Australian, 475. 6d. to 48s. 6d. Newton Kling, Ltd. (R. and W. Davidson): The butter market has fallen a further 6s. per cwt. during the week and closes rather easier. Salted, 71s. to 725. (78s. to 80s. last week); unsalted, 106 s. to 110 s. (108 s. to 1165.). The cheese market has advanced slightly since last Friday and closes steady. White. 495. (475. to 485.); coloured, 475. to 48s. (465. to 475.). Advances for December have been fixed at 7d. per lb. for butter and 4d. per lb. for cheese.
