SEVERE INJURIES IN HAND
YOUTH SHOT WHILE RABBITING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston N., Dec. 1. Severe injuries through a shot in the left hand were received by Douglas Bordem, aged 18, yesterday when rab-bit-shooting near Foxton. He was sent to hospital here and an operation was performed. Details are lacking as to how the accident occurred. It is believed that Bordem’s parents reside at Hataitai, Wellington.
