Striking proof of the death of Parliamentarianism, says the Daily Mail’s Berlin correspondent,, is afforded by the announcement that Prussia has made the houses of Parliament a national endowment to the Labour Front Organisation, under a scheme to provide Labour palaces throughout Germany.
