DECREASE OF BRITISH PERSONNEL. UNITED STATES AND JAPANESE UP. British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 pm. Rugby, Nov. 16. Asked the approximate decreases or increases in the personnel of the naval forces of Great Britain, United States and Japan respectively at the present time as compared with 1914, the First Lord of the Admiralty (Sir Bolton EyresMonsell) in the House of Commons said that in round figures the United States had an increase of 39,700, Japan an estimated increase of 40,000 and Britain had a decrease of 55,400. _
