MOTOR-CAR CASUALTIES
TOLL ON LONDON STREETS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Oct. 18. Despite the warning of Lord Trenchard, Commissioner of Metropolitan Police, in July about the toll of the roads, motorcars killed 370 and injured 15,538 in London during the three months ending September 30. Private cars were responsible for one-third of the casualties.
