PINNED UNDERNEATH HIS CAR
MOTORIST KILLED INSTANTLY.. ACCIDENT ON MAIN HIGHWAY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston N.» Last Night. Kenneth Frost, aged about 32, was killed instantly at 7.20 o’clock to-night approximately four miles from Palmerston North on the main highway at Wellington. He was driving a seven-seater car from Napier to Wellington when the car went off the road. In endeavouring to return he drove into a six feet ditch, the car capsizing and pinning Frost underneath. Of three passengers Miss McGee, Napier, received slight injuries and was admitted to the Palmerston North hospital, E. A. Collett, Gisbome, received slight cuts and another man passenger whose name was unknown, was apparently not injured.
