FITZROY GOLF CLUB
TOURNAMENT OPENS TO-MORROW. Good entries, including several from outside New Plymouth, have been received for the Fitzroy Golf Club’s Labour week-end tournament. There will be no actual draw for the qualifying round to-morrow but all competitors will report to Mr. C. H. Stephenson at the pavilion and he will arrange partners and starting times. The fairways have all been cut this week and the course is in a much improved condition. Late entries will be received until 2 o’clock on Saturday.
