handicaps for mountain race Record nominations have been received for the annual Taranaki mountain road race, which takes place on Saturday. The race is timed to start in Queen Street at 11 a.m., and will finish on the racecourse at approximately 4 p.m. . The completed' list of competitors and handicaps is:— Scratch: W. J.
