CROQUET AT WAITARA PARK
OPENING OF THE NEW SEASON. The Clifton Park Croquet Club’s season was formally opened by the president, Mr. H. E. Vaughan, who wished the members a successful and enjoyable season. During the afternoon a competition was won by Mrs. W. Smaill. Mrs. A. L. Wilson was second after playing off with Mrs. Lawrence and Miss Spear. A lowscore prize was won by Mrs. Ellis. Afternoon tea was provided.
