TARANAKI CIRCULAR ROAD RACE. pHE following resolution, passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on September 18, 1933, is published for general information: — That in pursuance of the powers con- . ferred by the provisions of Paragraph (i) of Sub-section 4 of Section 172 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” all vehicular traffic be stopped between the hours undermentioned on October 21st, 1933: (a) In that part of Queen Street between King Street and St. Aubyn Street between the hours of 10.30 a.m. and 12 noon on the occasion of the starting of the Taranaki Circular Road 'Race. (b) In that part of Avenue Road between Tarahua Road and John Street, between the hours of 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m., on the occasion toe starting of the Taranaki Circular Road Race. F. T.
