JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP. D. GOW DEFEATS W. MEYER. The final of the junior championship of the Inglewood Golf Club was contested between D. Gow and W. Meyer over 36 holes on Thursday. Although ■both players played excellent golf Gow had a comfortable win by 7 up and 6. The Darlow Rose-bowl competition lias reached the semi-final. C. McKay (9) defeated F. Partridge (20), 4 up and 3; S. Lovell (6) defeated G. Gemhoefer (20), 8 up and 7; C. Winfield (30) defeated W. J. Smith (12), 2 up; W. Meyer (18) defeated R. Belcher (20), 1 up. The final of the men’s senior championship will be contested between S. Lovell and C. McKay in the week-end. At present both are playing good golf.
