A crime wave has swept over North Queensland during the past week. A train has been robbed of mail, bomb outrages have occurred at Townsville and Tully, and safes have been blown at the railway stations at Herberton, Pawngilly, Mirrwinnie and Bambaroo, and also in business premises at Mareeba and Atherton.
