Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby Sept. 25. Two sub-committees which are examining respectively the possible form the new Anglo-Soviet commercial agreement shall take and the question of the balance trade and credits are expected to resume negotiations this week. Negotiations now being conducted at Buenos Aires between the British Government and the Argentina Government dealing with a supplementary agreement relating to tariff concessions and quantitive regulations are approaching a conclusion. It is hoped the agreement will very soon be signed. The trade agreement between Britain and Finland which aims at stimulating trade between the countries and adjusting the balance of trade was initialed in London last month and will shortly be signed.
