KILLED BY ARAB BANDITS
OUTRAGE NEAR HELIOPOLIS.
THREE men under arrest.

Four Arab bandits bailed up Aircraftsman John Howard when he was walking with his fiancee, Miss Tippett, near Heliopolis. Howard grappled "with one and another fatally wounded him with a shotgun. Three arrests were made, one or wnom Miss Tippett identified. Aircraftsman Howard s father was killed at Gallipoli during the war.
