GIPSY’S PREDICTION

DEATH BEFORE AGE OF 50.

MAN’S SUICIDE RESULTS.

Stockholm, Sept. 17.

A suicide as the consequence of for-tune-telling is reported from the town of Onsala. A shipbuilder shot himself through the heart on the eve of his 50th. birthday, owing to worry caused by the prediction made by a Gipsy woman many years ago that he would not live to be older than 50.

The prediction had upset the man so much that his nerves were completely shattered, and, after taking leave of his friends, he went and killed himself in a wood.
