(To the Editor.) Sir,—Monday’s Daily News told us of a rise in beef, mutton and lamb. Monday’s calf collectors told us of a fall of 2s in the 1001 b class. I wonder why this is—l am, etc., BYSTANDER. Rahotu, Sept. 1.
