The Club is to retain its rights to the club-house, hangar, and its other facilities while guests of the club, operating flying machines owned or operated by any affiliated Aero Club and not being used for commercial aviation shall be entitled to the same privileges as financial members of the New Plymouth Aero Club. Members of the Club will also be granted the free use of any facilities for playing games that are provided at the aerodrome. The Club has the right to conduct demonstrations and charge for admission on 20 days a year. Members of the Club, in exercising the rights, etc., conferred upon the Club, shall comply with all regulations under “The Air Navigation Act, 1931,” the regulations of the Board and By-Laws of the Council relating to the aerodrome, and, subject thereto, the Club will not be subject to interference by the Board. (k) Certain powers, etc., as set but therein shall be conferred upon the Council. These powers, etc., can be briefly summarised as follows:—Power to make By-Laws on various matters in connection with the aerodrome; to raise special loans for works connected with the aerodrome, but the Board, upon receiving such money, may apply it only for the purpose for which such loan was raised. Provision is also made for the terms of repayment by the Board to the Council. The Council may, out of its general fund, advance to the Board a sum not exceeding £2OO towards any expenses that may be incurred by the Board in its first financial year, such money to be repayable on demand. Further, the Council may from time to time provide such funds as it thinks fit for the maintenance and upkeep of the aerodrome or for any other thing upon which the Board has power to expend money. The Council is empowered to attach conditions to any such payments. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that copies of the said Bill, the said Deed of Agreement and of the plan of the lands affected have been deposited at the Magistrate’s Court, Robe Street, New Plymouth, and another set of copies of the said Bill, Deed of Agreement and plan has been deposited at the Public Office of tire New Plymouth Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Liardet Street, New Plymouth, and that such copies are open to public inspection during office hours without fee for a period of three complete weeks from the first publication of this advertisement.
