EUCHRE PARTY WINNERS. The weekly euchre party held in the Otangiwai hall on Friday resulted in Miss M. Rutherford with 10J garner winning the ladies’ first prize and Mr. C. McDougall with Hi games winning the men’s first prize. Miss D. Chavfor and Mr. W- Ra’ti won the consolation prizes. On Monday evening a number of Otangiwai people paid a surprise visit to the home of Mr. and Mrs. D. Scott to welcome them to Otangiwai. Cards were played until supper time and after supper competitions and games were the order. Miss M. Rutherford is at home for the school vacation. Miss G. Overend and Mr. R. Edelston, who have been the guests of Miss Fauchelle, have returned to Feilding.
