SECOND WAGES CUT OPPOSED

Following the calling of a strike ballot, returnable by September 1, the representatives of 200,000 railwaymen stated to-day that suit would be entered for the recovery of all wages kept by the companies under the 10 per cent, cut instituted on February 1. They claim that the ; wages agreement was violated. The strike ballot is an answer to the railways’ announcement of a second 10 per cent, reduction.
