INDIAN RESERVE BANK
REPORT IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. London, Aug. 16. Sir Samuel Hoare, introducing the report of the committee on the Indian Reserve Bank legislation issued yesterday evening, said its prime purpose was to facilitate the drafting of the Reserve Bank Bill, which in all probability would be submitted to the Indian Legislature in September with a view to its passage into law later in the year. The committee accepted the principle that the bank should be free from political Influence. * _
