PROFIT ON YEAR’S WORKING.
IMPROVEMENT IN POSITION.

At the Australian Jockey Club’s annual meeting it was announced that the profit for the year was £1931, compared with a loss of £6437 in the previous year, while the financial results of the past year were better by over £BOOO. The amount that passed through the totalisators at the Randwick and Warwick courses during the year was £642,432, compared with £824,123 for the previous year. The club decided to provide a classic race for two-year-old fillies at future autumn meetings.
