REARGUARD ACTION BY CHINESE. By Telegraph—Press Assn—Copyright. Rec. 1 a.m. Peking. Aug. 15. Manchukuo troops, assisted by Mongols, have occupied Dolonor and are now arranging a Ku-Yuan (council). The retreating Chinese troops are fighting a desperate rearguard action.
