DEATH OF AUCKLANDER.

Auckland, Last Night.

Tire death occurred to-day of Mr. Henry Pyke, Northcote, aged 78, who had been taken to the Auckland Hospital the previous afternoon, having collapsed on a ferry steamer. At the time Mr. Pyke was on his way to the hospital for massage treatment to an arm which was fractured in an accident at Northoote on May 27. On that occasion he was rescued from drowning by his grand-daughter.
