A riot in a gaol had a sequel to-day at Peshawar when 13 prisoners were sentenced to death and five to life transportation for beating to death six fellow convicts. After the crime they danced rounffid the bodies of the victims shouting songs of victory. The tragedy followed a faction quarrel between convicts belonging to the Peshawar and Banna districts.
