The Kini, which arrived at New Plymouth yesterday, discharged 120 tons of general cargo before sailing last night for Greymouth. (U.S.S. Co.). The Canopus arrived at New Plymouth from Westport yesterday morning and after discharging 330 tons of coal sailed last night for Wellington. (Westport Coal Co.). The Hauturu arrived at New Plymouth from Onehunga yesterday afternoon. The vessel is to discharge 150 tons of general cargo before sailing this morning for Wanganui. (Northern Co.). The Karepo is due at New Plymouth from .Westport 'on Sunday. She is to

discharge 200 tons of coal and sail for Wellington on Monday. (U.S.S. Co.). ■ The Holmgjen is to load at Dunedin on Monday for New Plymouth, via Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Nelson and Wanganui, and is due on July 30. (Hooker Bros.) The Totara is to load at Wellington today for New Plymouth, and is due totriorrow. (U.S.S. Co.). The' Opihi is to load at Dunedin about Monday for New Plymouth, via Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Picton, and is due about July 30. (U.S.S. Co.). MOVEMENTS OF OVERSEAS SHIPS. kiwitea next month. The Kiwitea left Hobart on July 10 for Bluff, Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Auckland and New Plymouth. She is due at New Plymouth on August 2 to discharge 219 tons of Australian cargo. ; THE PORT DUNEDIN. The Port Dunedin reports that she left Suva on Sunday, en route from London, and expects to arrive at Lyttelton to commence loading on Friday. After loading at Port Chalmers and Timaru the vessel will sail for Wellington and will then call at New Plymouth on August 5, Auckland and Napier. She is to sail from Wellington on August 16 for London, via Cape Horn and Dakar. . MATAKANA TO LOAD, . The Matakana, in ballast from Glasgow to New Zealand, is expected to commence loading at New Plymouth on August 1. She will lift 13,000 freight carcases of meat, 12,300 boxes of butter and 3800 crates of cheese, . completing at Wanganui, Napier, Gisborne and Wellington. CITY OF SINGAPORE DUE. .The New Plymouth agents have been advised that the A. and A. Line vessel City of Singapore is' to load general cargo at New York on. August 22 for New Zealand ports, including New Plymouth. She is . expected about the end of September. THE PORT HUNTER. The Port Hunter is to leave London on August 9 for Wellington, Auckland and New Plymouth. She is due at New Plymouth late in Septetriber to complete discharge. TEKOA TO LOAD. The Federal Company advises that the Tekoa is to replace the OtSio, leaving Liverpool on July 29 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, New Plymouth and Nelson. The vessel is due at New. Plymouth about September 25. THE SURREY’S MOVEMENTS. The Surrey, which loaded at New Plymouth on June 29, left Port Chalmers yesterday for Timaru to continue her Homeward loading. She will then go on to Lyttelton, and is due at Wellington on Monday, sailing finally the following day for London, via Cape Horn. PORT FAIRY AT SOUTHAMPTON. The C. and D. Line have received advice that the Port Fairy, which left Wellington on June 9 for Southampton and London, via Cape Horn and Dakar, arrived at Southampton on Monday.
