In the summary of the passenger traffic time-table on the Stratford-Main Trunk railway published on Monday morning it was indicated that the express which is to leave New Plymouth on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will connect with the Auckland-Wellington- Limited at Taumarunui. This is not so, as the express will not reach Taumarunui until after the south-bound Limited has departed. The 1.45 p.m. train from New Plymouth and the 4.15 p.m. train from Stratford on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, which will arrive at Taumarunui at ,11.10 p.m., will make this connection. This will be apparent from a study of the detailed time-table published yesterday morning.
