WHITING.—At the Hawera Hospital, on July 17, 1933, Edward James, the dearly beloved husband of Ann Whiting, of 19 Bedford Street, Eltham. Passed peacefully to rest in his 82nd. year. HORNE.—On July 17, 1933, in Waikato Hospital, Hamilton, J. W. Home (Jerry), died of war wounds after a long, painful illness; aged 40 years.
